LET’S GET BAMBOOZLED
Get ready for spring 2027, when Cambridge will be transformed by Panda Meander a city-wide art trail featuring striking panda sculptures brought to life by a range of talented artists. Each piece will offer a bold, imaginative take on these much-loved animals, creating a unique outdoor gallery for everyone to enjoy. Panda Meander will importantly raise funds to support children across the region today, tomorrow, and for generations to come
THEY’RE
UN-BEAR-ABLY
CUTE!
Open to all and completely free, the trail will encourage families, residents and visitors to discover Cambridge from a fresh perspective, following the pandas as they appear in unexpected and iconic locations across the city.
Alongside the main sculptures, a collection of smaller pandas, designed by local schoolchildren through our engaging Learner Programme, will showcase the creativity of young people and strengthen community connections.
Once the trail draws to a close, the impact will continue. The large panda sculptures will be auctioned, raising essential funds for Addenbrooke’s Charity, helping to support patients, their loved ones and NHS staff.
Be part of a memorable season celebrating creativity, community spirit and meaningful change.

The learning programme
In 2019, Addenbrooke’s Charity successfully fundraised to establish the Paediatric and Neonatal Decision Support and Retrieval Service (known as PaNDR). Day-in, day-out this service transports the region’s sickest children to Addenbrooke’s for specialist life saving care.
Making sure sick children could get to the hospital swiftly was phase one in our plan to transform healthcare for children and young people - a plan that will culminate in the building of the Cambridge Children’s Hospital. This will be first children’s hospital in the East of England, and the first hospital of its kind anywhere in the world. Starting in Cambridge and stretching across the globe, each of us will be touched by the impact of this hospital. Because like us, you believe that our loved ones deserve nothing less.
