Addenbrooke’s Charity

Addenbrooke’s Charity is dedicated to supporting innovation in patient care at Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals.

Your sponsorship will make a real impact

We are the only registered charity dedicated to supporting innovation in patient care across Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie hospitals). Whether it’s treatment for an emergency, acute condition, pregnancy or long-term illness, we believe that every patient deserves the highest quality of care available, which is why everything we fund helps to make our amazing hospitals even better – from pioneering research, ground breaking new equipment, enhancements to patient spaces, and support for the amazing staff that care for us all every day.

Big plans,
Real Impact.

This is a trail with real impact - every donation, sculpture sponsorship, merchandise purchase, and act of fundraising will help us transform the care given to children treated at Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals now and in the future. This includes helping us to build the new Cambridge Children's Hospital here on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus alongside Addenbrooke's and the Rosie, as well as supporting projects that transform the way we diagnose, treat, and care for young people today - developing ways of working that will go onto to influence the care given in the new children's hospital when it opens.

Due to be completed in 2030, and designed in partnership with young people, Cambridge Children's Hospital will redefine how we care for children and young people. It will unite mental and physical healthcare with world-leading research in a Whole New Way, treating mind and body as one. This will be the first specialist children's hospital for the East of England, and home to not only the very best clinical care for young people aged 0-18, but also home to a ground breaking research institute that will embed genomic and psychological research excellence into the heart of the hospital.

Every sculpture helps raise money that will change the lives of children treated at Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie, including helping us build the new Cambridge Children’s Hospital.
